Stage 1: Let’s Talk
Please contact me directly by email or telephone so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within one working day.

An outline response will be provided within 5 working days.

If a full investigation is required, you will receive a written response within 21 working days.
Stage 2: Neutral Support
If we cannot resolve matters directly, we may jointly appoint an independent mediator or expert to assist in reaching a resolution within 60 days of your formal complaint.
Stage 3: External Appeal
If the complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the Civil Mediation Council (if applicable to membership status).
Your legal rights remain unaffected.
