Stage 1: Let’s Talk

Please contact me directly by email or telephone so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged within one working day.

  • An outline response will be provided within 5 working days.

  • If a full investigation is required, you will receive a written response within 21 working days.

 

Stage 2: Neutral Support

If we cannot resolve matters directly, we may jointly appoint an independent mediator or expert to assist in reaching a resolution within 60 days of your formal complaint.

 

Stage 3: External Appeal

If the complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the Civil Mediation Council (if applicable to membership status).

Your legal rights remain unaffected.
